Ever since our inception in the year 1985 and with the technical collaboration with ING.L and BOSHI Italy for 22 years, we have fabricated over 300 air separation plants and equipments. Our plants are efficiently working all over the world in European countries like Italy, Germany, France and more. The plants which are based on the Boschi technology are also exported to turkey, Greece, Iran, Sarah and many more. Lately we have exported over 100 air separation oxygen, nitrous oxide plants to over 40 countries including Seychelles, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Nigeria and many others. The gamut offered by us is superior in quality and is at par with international quality standards.
With his proficient knowledge Dr, Boschi of Italy and with his company ING has designed our plants which are based on the process cycle of Linde and Claude. With the effective usage of third generation technology in our products we have successfully collaborated with one of the proficient manufacturer of Italy named FELICE MANDRESSI ITALIA. This technology has helped to reduce the working pressure of our plants to 5 to 7 bar and has greatly helped to lower down the power consumption and maintenance level. Our organization effectively uses the advanced screw type atlas copco, air compressors and plate fin type heat exchangers with the ASU for attainment of 100% yield to give waste nitrogen purity of nitrogen gas at the outlet of the cold box as low as 3 PPM. Our plants are fully equipped with the integral vaporizer and the molecular sieves of zeoechem, Switzerland with liquid oxygen pump for filling oxygen directly into the cylinder, bottles hence, removing the usage of old bulky type oxygen compressors and it has no recurring cost of chemicals in our plants.
Led under the guidance of our owner Mr Sanjiv Agarwal, we have been progressing well. He is a well qualified chemical engineer and highly skilled personnel. We have been effectively fabricating nitrogen and oxygen production plant at our factory situated at New Delhi and air separation columns in Geneva, Italy. Due to his active policy of reviewing our unit at regular intervals has enhanced our status as a modern production unit. Altogether our prime concern is centered in reliability and complete client satisfaction of our valued clients.

Scope Of Supply Of Oxygen Plants Our plant is offered with the LT switch gear and starters for the motors and the electrical equipment which is completed with the primary electrical panel and accessories including:
• Cooling tower
• Water pump
• Lines
As per our details all the equipment from after cooler, cascade cooler to molecular sieve battery is mounted on a skid/platform with all gas lines and water lines, drain manifold hence, it is ready and pre-erected for installation at site.
These plants are highly effective which comes with expander,, liquid oxygen pump with liquefier for the production of liquid oxygen which makes the plant work on low pressure and thus giving high efficiency with low power consumption. We can offer:
