Principles:
The PSA oxygen generators extensively uses zeolite molecular sieve as a sorbent which produces oxygen with the usage of PSA principle. With certain pressure the zeolite molecular sieve has varied oxygen and nitrogen capacity more than nitrogen and oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve on/off to realize two towers alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation and produces oxygen with desired purity.

We are engaged in fabricating high purity PSA and VPSA generators which are extensively used in oxygen and nitrogen production industries. These generators are made up of:

There are 2 or 3 molecular towers which cycle alternately in regeneration and production. When passing through the adsorbent layer , the feed air enters into the bottom of one tower, N2 and vapors are adsorbed by the molecular sieve and O2 passes through the adsorbent which gets collected at the top of the tower and then flows as produced gas. Two (or three) towers adsorbs and consistently produces the O2, while the other tower is in process of regenerated tower and produces the O2. Vacuum pump under the negative pressure does the regeneration of molecular sieves known as the vacuum pressure swing absorption. The highly advanced VPSATCO- P oxygen generator uses the PLC central control and with the humanized design and touch screen panel with high accuracy & start up.
