Acetylene Plants

We offer comprehensive range of acetyle plants which are extensively used in oxygen and nitrogen production industries. This plant is fully automatic and with pneumatically controlled valves along with highly accurate sensors, all the operations are performed automatically. It has the temperature controller imported from USA. With the result of chemical reaction between the calcium carbide and water, the acetylene is generated. The by-product calcium hydroxide is discharged automatically from the generator. The acetylene gas gives the highest temperature of oxygen gas mixture and it burns along with oxygen as a cutting and welding torch.

The whole operations are perfectly coordinated to offer maximum efficiency and simplicity in operation. Any type of failure i.e. power supply, water, instruments air is signaled visually when alarm bell rings to alert the operator

The flame proof lights and electrical fittings are in accordance with IS2148-68 (Group II) or BSS-229 and are used in acetylene plant building. These cylinders have specifications of IS: 7312: 1974 or ICC: 8.

The entire plants are designed with safety in mind and for the protection of equipment and personnel following equipments are used:

Carbon Dioxide Plants

Nitrous Oxide Plant

Nitrous Oxide Plant

We offer nitrous oxide plant which is known for its effectual functioning among our valued clients. With the extreme heating of ammonium nitrate to the temperature of 250 deg c, nitrous oxide is produced. To give a mixture of nitrous oxide and super heated steam, ammonium nitrate is decomposed in the process. But during this process the impurities are produced which includes ammonium nitrate fumes, nitrogen and other oxides of nitrogen. The steam and the impurities are removed effectively with the scrubbing with caustic soda, water and sulfuric acid in the sequence. The nitrogen is present which is detached by bleeding from the top of storage vessels in which nitrous oxide is stored after the compression by a compressor. It has capacities ranging from 8 - 24 cum/hr.
